LONG LIVE RILEY — 2026 SHOW RULES, REGULATIONS & EVENT INFORMATION

These rules apply to all participants, spectators, vendors, and sponsors attending the Long Live Riley Memorial Truck Show on September 25–26, 2026, at the Jefferson City Fairgrounds.



GENERAL EVENT INFORMATION

September 25–26, 2026


Event Type:

Outdoor show & shine, burnout competition, concert, vendor row, awards ceremony.


Weather Policy:

LLR is a rain-or-shine event. No refunds due to weather.


Refund Policy:

All sales are final. No refunds on passes, entries, vendor spaces, or sponsorships.



ENTRY & CHECK-IN


Show Truck Entry

All registered trucks must check in during posted registration hours.

Trucks must display the correct pass at all times (General/VIP/VBT).


Spectator Entry

Spectators must have a valid wristband or digital pass.

Re-entry allowed with wristband only.


VIP Pit Entry

Access limited to VIP Pit Pass holders.

Must follow pit marshal instructions at all times.



CONDUCT & SAFETY RULES


Absolutely No Dangerous Behavior

No speeding or reckless driving on event grounds.

No burnouts, or tire-spinning outside of the designated burnout pit.

Violators will be removed immediately and without refund.

 

Wristbands Rules

Alcohol wristbands will be issued at the gate. Guest must be 21+ to receive a wristband. Under 21 wristbands, burnout competitor wristbands, and VIP Pit wristbands will also be issued at check-in

All IDS will be checked at the gate before any wristband is issued

Any Individual found drinking without a 21+ wristband, or anyone wearing a under 21 wristband who is caught drinking, will be required to present valid identification immediately. If identification cannot be provided, or if any person is found to be drinking while under the legal age, law enforcement will be notified. 


Burnout Pit Safety

Only registered burnout competitors may enter the pad during the designated burnout comp times.

All burnout vehicles must pass safety inspection (fluids secured, no loose items, functioning brakes, etc.).

Driver and passengers must wear seatbelt during burnout.


Respectful Conduct

Harassment, fighting, or disorderly behavior will not be tolerated.

Failure to comply with staff or security results in ejection.


Noise Policy

Loud music and audio demos are not permitted during Friday Concert (8:00PM - 9:00PM) concert and stage areas maintain dedicated sound control.



VEHICLE RULES


General Vehicle Requirements

Trucks must be clean and presentable to be judged.

Trailers must be parked in designated trailer parking zones.

No sitting on or outside bed during vehicle movement.(must be seated inside bed)


Parking

All vehicles must park in their assigned areas.


Modifications Allowed

Lifted, lowered, bagged, static, long travel, dually, show builds, work trucks — all accepted.



VENDOR & SPONSOR RULES


Vendor Booth Rules

Booths must be set up during posted move-in hours.

Booth trucks require a paid Vendor Booth Truck (VBT) Pass.

Vendors must stay within assigned space; no overflow into walkways.

Vendors must keep their booth clean and professional.


Sponsor Requirements

Sponsors must submit logos in high-resolution format by the deadline.

Sponsor benefits apply only after payment is received.



JUDGING INFORMATION


Judging Hours


Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM


Judging Rules

Trucks must be accessible to judges, and brought to judging location (doors/unlocked if needed).

Trucks not present during judging window will not be judged.

Judges’ decisions are final.

Top 50 awards

10 category awards

3 premium awards

Sponsored awards printed with sponsor logos

Main stage awards ceremony at 7:00 PM



INSURANCE & LIABILITY

All attendees participate at their own risk.

LLR staff, Jefferson City Fairgrounds, volunteers, sponsors, and vendors are not responsible for:

Damage to vehicles

Lost or stolen items

Personal injury or accidents

By entering the event grounds, all attendees agree to these terms.



PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA POLICY

Media Pass required for pit, burnout, and stage access.

All attendees may be filmed or photographed for promotional use.

By entering, you consent to your image being used by LLR.



PROHIBITED ITEMS

Weapons of any kind

Fireworks

Drones (unless pre-approved media)

Glass bottles

Illegal substances



ADDITIONAL NOTES

Pets allowed only on leash. Aggressive animals will be asked to leave.

Camping not permitted.

All instructions from LLR staff, security, and fairgrounds personnel must be followed.
